At R/C Machining Company, we have extensive capabilities in the areas of CNC turning, milling, and drilling. We have more than 38 years of experience as a CNC machining shop and a great deal of expertise for efficiently combining turning, milling, and drilling to produce parts with elaborate and detailed design features. The scope of our work covers small volume runs to mass production of one million units or more, and we can machine parts of any complexity. Customer-focused, we provide personalized services, fast turnaround, and on-time delivery.

We machine parts from all different types of metals and alloys, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, steel alloys, bronze alloys, and more. Our machinists are also very experienced with machining plastics, including lightweight, high strength fiber-reinforced polymers. Our shop floor contains a range of equipment, including CNC turning lathes for short and long-run production, CNC vertical machining centers, and CNC drilling/tapping machines to provide additional capabilities. Several of our multi-tasking turning centers are equipped with multiple spindles and live tooling, which enables us to run complex parts from a single setup and achieve tight tolerance accuracy. We have the versatility to turn pieces measuring from 3/32″ to 5.0″ in diameter while obtaining tolerances as close as ± 0.0002″ on diameter and ± 0.0001″ on concentricity.

With our manufacturing systems and process controls, we ensure a high level of quality and part-to-part consistency. We operate a dedicated inspection facility and work closely with customers to ensure all parts comply with the specified quality requirements. Some examples of items we machine include fasteners, fittings, valves, and high-value components for the food processing, hydraulic, automotive, appliance, packaging, and a diversity of other industries.
